肿瘤患者健康教育的研究

目的了解住院和康复期肿瘤患者对健康教育的需求情况,以便更有目的、更有效地对肿瘤患者进行健康教育。方法采用随机整群抽样方法,分别对住院患者和康复期患者进行问卷调查。结果住院患者和康复期患者对健康教育的需求分别为93.8%和75.8%,无论是住院患者还是康复期患者,对健康教育的内容均以提高生活质量知识的需求为最多;住院患者男性较偏重康复训练知识的需求,女性较偏重了解有关疾病知识;康复期患者不同生存期对健康教育需求有差异,不同生存期、不同文化程度、不同职业者所需求的内容不同。结论健康教育深受肿瘤患者的欢迎,肿瘤患者健康教育应采取医院、家庭、社区一体化和心理、生理、行为相结合的综合干预模式。

A study on health education for tumor patients

Objective To effectively conduct health educations for tumor patients,to know demands of the inpatients and recovering tumor patients for healthy education.Methods A survey based on random sampling among the inpatients and recovering patients was conducted.Results The percentages of inpatients and recovering patients responding with a positive answer on the demand of health education were 93.8% and 75.8% respectively. In either population, the dominant demand in health education was the knowledge on the improvements of living quality. Whereas in inpatient subjects, the males tended to favor knowledge in recovering training and the female patients tended to prefer knowledge about the disease, recovering patients demonstrate large variability in their demands for health education. This variability seemed to depend on their ages, survival period, education background, occupations, etc.Conclusion Health education is welcomed among the tumor patients. An integrative mode that links hospital, family and community, and combines physiological, psychological and behavioral factors may be adopted.
