| 摘 要： | 目的：确定肿瘤患者入住康复护理床位评价指标权重。方法：通过两轮Delphi专家函询采集56位肿瘤专家意见,基于层次分析法计算各级指标的权重。结果：5项一级指标权重分别为0.188、0.048、0.452、0.890、0.223,并分别得出18项二级指标权重数值。结论：改良的层次分析法确定指标权重兼具科学性、简易性和实用性,研究结果对安排肿瘤患者转诊的优先次序具有重要指导意义。

| Abstract: | Objective： To develop Rehabilitation Nursing Beds Admission appraisal indicator weight for Ontology Patients. Methods： A modified Delphi method was used to collect the responses from 56 oncology exports in Shanghai by letters twice. The weights of indicators were statistically analyzed by using analytic hierarchy process. Results： The weights of 5 dimensions were 0.188, 0.048, 0.452, 0.89, 0.223 respectively, and we also got the weight of 18 second level indicators. Conclusion： Developing the weight of indicators by using modified AHP was scientific, easy and practical. This result may work as directions for prioritizing the referral of oncology patients. |
