| 摘 要： | 目的探讨输尿管镜气压弹道碎石（uretemscopicpneumaticlithotripsy,USPL）治疗输尿管结石所致急性尿闭的疗效、安全性和可行性。方法回顾性分析．14例20侧输尿管结石所致尿闭行急诊USPL治疗患者的临床资料。结果各病例us-PL均成功，并放置D-J管作内引流，4例术后有淡红色血尿，3例出现感染，无尿瘘等并发症发生。结论输尿管结石所致尿闭，急诊行USPL，安全可行、有效。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the feasibility, safety and effectiveness of USPL in treatment of acute anuria caused by ureter cal- culi. Methods 14 cases （20 sides） of anuria caused by ureter calculi treated with USPL were studied retrospectively. Results The successrate of USPL and insertion of D - J stent was 100%. 4 cases had pink urine, 3 cases were infected after operation, no other complications were observed. Conclusion Emergency treatment of acute anuria caused by ureter calculi with USPL was safe, effective and feasible. |
