化学发光法与免疫透射比浊法检测血清纤维连接蛋白的方法评价

目的分析化学发光法与免疫透射比浊法测定血清纤维连接蛋白（FN）的偏倚,为临床实验室选择项目提供一定的依据。方法根据美国临床实验室标准化研究所（CLSI）EP9-A2文件提供的实验流程,每天随机选取临床标本8份,分别用两种方法进行检测,共测定6d,记录实验结果。结果以免疫透射比浊法（X）为参比方法,对化学发光法（Y）进行评估。两种方法测定的回归方程式为y=1.034x-1.308,r2=0.958。当免疫透射比浊法的浓度为100、200、300mg/L时,它们的相对偏倚为2.1%、2.7%、3.1%。结论化学发光法与免疫透射比浊法测定偏倚比较评价均可接受,两种方法检测血清FN均具有良好的相关性,建议各临床实验室对不同方法建立参考值范围。

A comparative study on the detection of serum fibronectin by chemiluminescence and immunoturbidimetric methods

Objective To compare the immunoturbidimetric method with chemiluminescence method in the measurement of serum fibronectin（FN）.Methods According to CLSI standardization document EP9-A2,8 serum samples were daily collected and tested for FN using immunoturbidimetric and chemiluminescence method for 6 days.Results The evaluation were done between reference method,chemiluminescence（Y） for evaluation.the determination of the regression equation were y=1.034x-1.308,r2=0.958.Conclusion Both immunoturbidimetric and chemiluminescence methods are acceptable in the measurement of serum FN.
