2型糖尿病患者血清VEGF与sVCAM-1水平的变化及其临床意义

目的探讨2型糖尿病（type Ⅱ diabetes mellitus,T2DM）血清中血管内皮细胞生长因子（VEGF）与可溶性血管细胞黏附分子-1（sVCAM-1）的水平及其临床意义。结论采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法（ELISA）检测20例2型糖尿病患者和25例正常人血清VEGF与sVCAM-1水平。结果 2型糖尿病患者血清VEGF和sVCAM-1水平（389.64±54.60）pg/ml和（1443.87±422.33）ng/ml较正常对照组（100.60±22.81）pg/ml和（648.26±173.66）ng/ml明显升高（P〈0.05）。结论 2型糖尿病患者血清VEGF、sVCAM-1含量增高,可能与2型糖尿病的发病机制有关。

Determination and clinical significance of serum levels of VEGF and sVCAM-1 in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus

Objective To study the serum levels of vascular endothelial growth（VEGF）and vascular adhesion molecule （sVCAM-1） in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Method Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA） was used to detect VEGF and sVCAM-1 in serum of 20 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and 25 normal controls. Results The serum levels of VEGF and sVCAM-1 in patients with T2DM[（389.64±54.60）pg/ml,（1443.87±422.33）ng/ml] were significantly higher than those in controls[（100.60±22.81）pg/ml,（648.26±173.66）ng/ml],P0.05. Conclusion The serum levels of VEGF and sVCAM-1 were higher in the T2DM patients than those in control group,and may be related to the pathogenesis of T2DM.
