| 摘 要： | 目的探讨质量控制小组在妇科门诊手术室健康教育中的作用。方法在妇科门诊成立了"百忧解"质控小组,对妇科门诊手术患者实施健康教育:温馨告知,贴心指导,以人性化的护理服务于患者,比较成立"百忧解"质控小组前后患者的满意度情况。结果患者的满意度由活动前的91.0%提高到活动后的98.0%,不满意项目里关于"告知不全"的投诉由活动前的85.0%降低至19.0%(p<0.01)。结论质控小组在妇科门诊手术室健康教育中起到了一定的作用,融洽了护患关系,提高了患者的满意度。 |
