摘    要:目的 研究呼吸器强化训练对官兵呼吸功能的影响。方法 选取某部官兵40名,随机分为训练组和对照组,每组20例。训练组采用肺力泰做呼(或吸)气肌锻炼对照组采用常规训练。2组分别在训练1、15和30 d后进行肺功能、缺氧耐力测定。结果 训练组训练第15、30天肺功能改善情况优于第1天,训练30 d肺功能优秀率高于对照组,缺氧后收缩压、肺活量低于对照组(P0.05)。结论 开展有针对性的呼吸功能训练,对于提高官兵肺功能,促进健康,提高基层部队战斗力具有积极意义。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of respiratory muscle training on pulmonary function and hypoxia tolerance in ground force.Methods Forty female healthy officers and soldiers of ground force were randomly and equally divided into training group and control group.Training group engaged in training by means of PFLETY,while control group received routine training.The dynamic changes of pulmonary function and hypoxia tolerance were measured 1 day,15 days and 30 days after training.Results After training of 15 days and 30 days,the pulmonary function in training group improved compared with the the first day.After 30 days of training,the excellence rate of pulomonary function in training group was higher than that in control group,while systolic blood pressure and vital capacity after hypoxia were lower than those in control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Respiratory muscle training can improve pulmonary function and hypoxia tolerance in ground force,thus contributing to battle effectiveness of grass-roots troops.
