野战手术车快速展开流程分析

目的 探讨模拟野外条件下,野战手术车快速展开流程的研究分析.方法 利用平战结合演练模式,选择2014年12月-2016年11月野战医疗所手术组野战手术车展开模块训练的时间,对野战手术车展开流程分对照组(常规按统一标准展开)和观察组(优化流程快速展开),两组各随机抽取50次展开手术车的时间,进行观察和比较.野战手术车展开包括手术车车体展开,手术过道帐篷的搭建,洗手装置的安装,手术仪器设备的归类放置安装,并调整到手术备用状态.结果 观察组与对照组相比,手术车的展开时间由平均36.3分钟降至18.5分钟,时间缩短49.1%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001),野战手术车展开质量考核没有统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 经过对野战手术车优化流程后快速展开,定人、定位、定物、定序,"四定"的方法分工明确、团结协作是在战时或灾害救治时快速有序地展开野战手术车,缩短手术准备时间,快速展开手术救治降低伤员的死亡率和伤残率的重要保证.

Study on Fast Expansion Process of Field Operation Vehicle

Objective To investigate the fast expansion process of field operation vehicle under the field condition.Methods The model of maneuver combining peace time and war time was adopted.During the field operation vehicle expansion training of the operation team of the field hospital from December 2014 to November 2016, the expansion process of field operation vehicle was divided into control group(according to the uniform standards) and observation group(according to the optimum sheet).A total of 50 times of field operation vehicle expansion were selected randomly from each group and were compared between the two groups.The process of the field operation vehicle expansion included the expansion of the vehicle body, the building of the passageway, the assemble of the handwashing devices, the classification, placement and installment of the surgical equipment, and the preparation of preoperative status.Results The expansion time of the observation group declined to 18.5 minutes, compared with the control group whose expansion time was 36.3 minutes, and the difference between the two groups is statistically significant(P<0.001).The difference of quality inspection between the two groups is not significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The optimized fast expansion process of field operation vehicle, adopting the ways of fixed personnel, fixed location, fixed materials and fixed order, which enabled clear labor division and effective cooperation, could be a guarantee to fast and orderly expansion of field operation vehicle during war time or in natural disasters, to shortened preoperative preparation and to declining mortality and disability rate of the injured.
