宫颈癌患者照顾者自我效能感现状及影响因素

目的探讨宫颈癌患者照顾者自我效能感现状及其影响因素。方法采用便利抽样法,选取2016年4-10月在长春市某三级甲等医院妇科肿瘤科室住院的348例宫颈癌患者照顾者为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表及自我效能感量表对其进行调查。结果照顾者自我效能总分为(2.77±0.61)分,低于量表常模;患者的职业、文化程度、目前生活状态及照顾者的性别、职业、文化程度、家庭居住地、分担帮助照顾患者人数是照顾者自我效能感的主要影响因素,差异有统计学意义(均P0.05),可解释照顾者自我效能感20.3%的变异量。结论宫颈癌患者照顾者自我效能水平较低,影响照顾者自我效能感的因素较多;医护人员应根据照顾者的人口学特征采取有针对性的干预措施,提高宫颈癌患者照顾者自我效能水平,帮助照顾者有效应对疾病带来的各种问题,同时提高患者及照顾者的生活质量。

The Current Status and Influencing Factors of Self-efficacy of Caregivers of Cervical Cancer Patients

Objective To investigate the status and influencing factors of self-efficacy of caregivers of cer-vical cancer patients.Methods By convenience sampling,348 caregivers of cervical cancer patients were se-lected and investigated by using general information questionnaire and general self-efficacy scale.Results The average total score of caregivers'self-efficacy was (2.77±0.61),which was below the norm.The pa-tient's occupation,education level,current life status and caregiver's gender,occupation,education level, family residence,number of alternative caregivers were the main influencing factors of caregivers'self-effi-cacy (all P<0.05),which could explain 20.3% of the total variance.Conclusion The level of self-efficacy of caregivers in patients with cervical cancer is low,and there are many factors affect the self-efficacy of care-givers.The medical staff should take targeted interventions based on the demographic characteristics of car-egivers,to improve the level of caregivers'self-efficacy and help caregivers deal with problems related to diseases effectively which can also improve the life quality of patients and caregivers.
