| Abstract: | This article aims to explore the dean's leadership of brigade hospitals. The research have de-fined the connotation of the leadership in five dimensions:the ability to organize army health services, the ability of professional medical techniques, the interpersonal communication skills, the willingness to play as a role model to motivate subordinators and the capacity to make innovational decisions. It also offered proposals of strengthening the dean's leadership of brigade hospitals. |
