| Abstract: | Based on the hospital''s cause of building up a research-oriented hospital, this paper discusses the practice of fine management of scientific research from five aspects, which are staffing and scientific research management, management system of scientific research, utilization of scientific research funds, the whole-process research services, and academic atmosphere creating.The construction of fine management of the hospital''s scientific research significantly improves the level of its scientific research, promotes the quantity ad quality of scientific research achievements, and boosts the construction and development of a research-oriented hospital. |
