综合性医院儿科学科建设

目的 探索某综合性医院儿科学科建设现状并对其中存在的问题进行剖析,在此基础上,从多方面强化综合性医院儿科学科建设和管理.方法 采取文献法进行调查研究综合医院儿科医、护人员的流失和不稳定因素,以及综合医院儿科学建设的困境.结果 综合医院儿科萎缩的原因,在现行收费体制下,由于儿科不是盈利科室,造成部分医院不重视儿科建设,在临床实践中儿科医、护人员风险大、没有体面的收入,造成人员流失.结论 针对问题,提出整改方案,如优化经济指标,改变分配制度等,短时间内刚刚起效,离彻底恢复儿科体系还有很长的路要走,需继续探索出可持续性发展的模式.

Construction Measures of Pediatric Disciplines of a Comprehensive Hospital

Objective To explore the current situation and existing problems in the construction of pediatric disciplines in a comprehensive hospital.On this basis, the construction and management of pediatric department in comprehensive hospitals should be strengthened from different aspects.Methods The literature method was adopted to study the loss and instability factors of medical and nursing staffs in pediatric department and difficulties in the construction of pediatric disciplines in comprehensive hospitals.Results There are two main causes for the decline of pediatric department in comprehensive hospitals.Firstly, pediatric department is not a profitable department under the existing charge system, leading to the indifference of some hospitals in pediatric department construction.Secondly, with increasing risks in clinical practice and inadequate income, more and more pediatric doctors and nurses are leaving the department.Conclusion Rectified schemes were proposed regarding the explored problems, such as optimization of economic index and distribution system, which has taken effect within a short period of time.There is still a long way ahead of the complete recovery of the pediatric system.Therefore, sustainable development modes are to be explored further in the future.
