目的 探索军队医药卫生人员科研训练管理方法及辅助决策手段,设计并实现军队医药卫生人员科研训练管理系统.方法 通过对军队医药卫生人员管理存在的问题分析,采用德尔菲法和层次分析法相结合的方法构建人员综合素质评估指标体系,设计并实现B/S架构的人员科研训练管理系统.结果及结论 军队医药卫生人员科研训练管理系统有效地整合不同系统和部门的基础数据,提高工作效率和科学管理水平,经应用证明在一定程度上能够为管理者提供信息支持.

Design and Establishment of the Management System for Scientific Research Training and Management of Military Medical Personnel

Objective To explore the methods and strategies for scientific research training and managing of military medical personnel.Methods By analyzing the problems of military medical personnel, the comprehensive ability evaluation system was established in combination with Delphi and AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process).Results This evaluation system effectively integrated the essential data of different departments and systems.Conclusion The application of this system improves the efficiency and level of management and provide valuable information to administrators for the decision-making.
