| 摘 要： | 目的；观察研究2型糖尿病病人血浆胰岛素与真胰岛素水平改变对评价β细胞功能的意义。方法：采用酶联免疫法及其他方法对33例正常人和58例2型糖尿病病人测定OGTT、真胰岛素、胰岛素、C－肽等，并观察比较其间的变化。结果：正常人与病人真胰岛素均明显低于胰岛素（P＜0.05），尤以病人餐后2小时降低更加明显（P＝0.000704）。：临床常用的放射免疫法测定的免疫反应性胰岛素值明显高于酶联免疫法测定的真胰岛素值。真胰岛素检测能否正确评价β细胞功能，有待进一步探讨。

| Abstract: | Objective: To clinically observe and study the validity of true insulin (TI) and immunoreactive insulin (IRI) in reflection of the function of (3-cell. Methods: In 33 normal persons and 58 type 2 diabetic patients, the levels of TI were measured with enzyme linked immunosorbent assay and the levels of insulin were measured with radioimmunoassay. Their results were compared. Results; The levels of TI were significantly lower than those of insulin both in normal persons and patients (P<0.05), especially in the patients who were 2 hours after a glucose loading (P = 0.000 704). Conclusion: Whether the levels of TI may reflect the function of (3-cell remains further to be studied. |
