睡眠呼吸暂停综合征与心血管疾病的相关性调查及护理干预

目的 了解睡眠呼吸暂停与心血管疾病发病率的相关性。方法 选取我院住院患63例,根据每小时呼吸暂停与低通气的次数（RDI)进行分组,并分析不同RDI值患心血管疾病的发病情况。结果 重度呼吸暂停组心肌缺血,心绞痛,心肌梗塞,高血压,脑卒中及心衰的发病率均明显高于正常对照组,中度呼吸暂停组的心肌缺血,心绞痛,高血压,脑卒中,心衰的发病率明显高于正常对照组,轻度呼吸暂停组的心血管病变发病率与正常对照组比较无显差异;4组高血脂的发生率均无显差异。结论 睡眠呼吸暂停综合征可导致心血管系统疾病如冠心病,高血压的高发病率,加强健康教育将有助于改善其健康水平,提高生活质量。

Relationship between Cardiovascular Disease and Sleep Apnea Syndrome and Nursing Intervention

Objective To investigate the correlation between sleep apnea syndrome(SAS) and cardiovascular disease so as to arouse attention of medical professionals concerned and help patients improve quality of life. Methods 63 hospitalized patients received multi-lead monitoring. Their respiratory disorder index (RDI) was recorded, according to which patients were divided into 4 groups. Results Patients with severe or less severe SAS had significantly higher incidence of angina pectoris, cardiac infarction, hypertension, stroke and heart failure than control group. No similar differences were found between control group and patients with mild SAS. There were no differences in incidence of hyperlipemia and diabetes mellitus between the four groups. Conclusion SAS increases incidence of cardiovascular diseases including coronary heart disease and hypertension. Health education should be intensified to improve life quality of such patients.
