尿道下裂再次手术时阴茎部尿道一期修复术（附96例报告）

自１９７５～１９９６年对９６例尿道下裂再次手术行阴茎部尿道一期修复术。早期按一般文献介绍方法，近期主要按作者改良的阴茎皮下隧道理藏新尿道法治疗。阴茎皮肤坏死、尿瘘等并发症明显减少，一次手术成功率由６４％升至９６％。详细介绍了改进术式，对复杂性尿道下裂定义、临床表现、手术修复的潜在复杂性、改进术式的优点及分期或一期修复的合理选择进行了讨论。

One stage penile urethral retrivoplasty for complex hypospadias

From 1975 to 1996,one stage penile urethral retrivoplasty was adopted for 96 cases of complex hypospadias.In the earlier days conventional methods as widely adopted by others were used until the medified subcutaneous tunneling technique devised by us later on,resulting in a marked decrease of penile skin necrosis and urethral fistula.The success of the one stage repair went up from 64% to 96%.The advantages and indications of the modified technique were discussed in detail as well as the complexity of the surgical management.The defination and the manifestations of a complex hypospadias were mentioned.
