摘    要:目的 :建立人胃癌裸小鼠原位移植模型 ,并对不同方法进行比较。  方法 :BAL B/Cnu/ nu裸小鼠 18只 ,随机分为三组 ,胃囊法组通过手术将 SGC- 790 1人胃癌组织块移植到裸小鼠由胃壁粘膜缝制的小囊内 ;缝挂法组以缝挂方法作对比 ;第三组为对照组。待荷瘤鼠濒临死亡时处死进行解剖。  结果 :胃囊法组及缝挂法组原位成瘤率及局部浸润发生率均为 10 0 % ,胃囊法组肝脏转移率为 66.7% ( 4 / 6) ,显著 ( P<0 .0 1)高于缝挂法组 ( 33.3% ) ,而且幽门梗阻及癌性腹水发生率亦明显提高 (分别为 83.33% vs 16.6% ,P<0 .0 0 1;66.7% vs 16.6% ,P<0 .0 0 1)。  结论 :胃囊法建立的模型能更好地再现人胃癌的生长特性

Abstract:Objectives:To establish an orthotopic transplant model of human stomach cancer and to compare the two different approaches. Methods:Eighteen BALB/C- nu/nu nude mice were randomly divided into three groups:for the first group,SGC- 790 1 human gastric tumor tissue pieces were transplanted into a small"pouch"in the stomach wall;for the second group,tumor tissue pieces were fixed in the stomach wall directly;and the third group served as control.All tumor- bearing mice underwent autopsy. Results:Both ap- proaches yielded 1 0 0 % tumor take rate,1 0 0 % local invasiveness,however,liver metastasis were higher in the first group than the second(6 6 .7% vs33.3% ,P<0 .0 0 1 ) and so were pylorochesis and ascites(83.33% vs 1 6 .6 % ,P<0 .0 0 1 ;6 6 .7% vs 1 6 .6 % ,P<0 .0 0 1 ,re- spectively) . Conclusions:The model grew more"Patient- like"when tumor tissue pieces were implanted into the small artificial pouch.
