Influential Factors and Countermeasures of Autonomic Learning of the Students in Medical Colleges under the Point-centered System

The autonomic learning of the college Students is quite complicated.This article,taking as its object the autonomic learning of the students in medical colleges under the point-centered system,analyzes the influential factors of the students ’ autonomic learning from both the perspectives of the individuals themselves and the external environment and brings forward the corresponding countermeasures to change the traditional educational models,perfect the managing mechanism of the point-centered system and enhance the individual quality of the students.Therefore,this article can help to enhance the students ’ autonomic learning abilities.
