| 摘 要： | 免疫功能与肿瘤的发生发展有密切关系.放射治疗是肿瘤的主要治疗手段之一.放疗对肿瘤细胞杀伤的同时,对患者的免疫功能也起着一定的影响.本文主要对放疗对各种肿瘤患者的细胞免疫和体液免疫的影响进行综述,认为肿瘤患者的免疫功能较正常人低下,放疗进一步抑制患者的免疫功能.放疗同时提高肿瘤患者的免疫功能,提高抗肿瘤疗效. |

| Abstract: | Immune function is closely related with cancer development. Radiation therapy is one of the primary treannents of cancer. Radiation kills the tumor cells, at the same time, it effects the patient＇s immune function to a certain extent. In this paper, we have a review adout the impact of radiation on the tumor cell-mediated immunity and humoral immunity. Immune function in cancer patients is lower than normal and it would be futher suppressed after radiotherapy. Improving immune function as well as radiotherapy for cancer patients can improve anti-tumor efficacy. |
