| 摘 要： | [目的]摸清自然人群高血压、糖尿病、血脂异常的患病情况,为制定慢性非传染性疾病防治措施提供依据。[方法]2002年,在五莲县抽取部分15岁以上人群进行调查。[结果]调查2 140人,高血压患病率为38.90%,随年龄的增高而增高（P〈0.01）,标化患病率为28.30%;糖尿病患病率为3.40%,标化患病率为2.28%;血脂异常患病率为31.68%,标化患病率为27.08%。[结论]五莲县15岁以上人群高血压、血脂异常患病高于全国水平,糖尿病患病率低于全国水平。 |

| Abstract: | [Objective]To investigate the rate of hypertension, diabetes and blood- fat-abnormality, so scientific basis was provided for the prevention of non communicable disease in Wulian county. [Methods]A method of random sampling was used to select the objectives whose age was larger than 15 years old. [Results]The hypertension rate among adults was 38.90 %, and the standardized rate was 28.30 %. The hypertension rate increased with the advancing of age. The rate of diabetes was 3.40%, and the standardized rate was 2, 28%. The rate of blood fat abnormality was 31.68% ,and the standardized rate was 27.08 %. [Conclusion]The hypertension rate and the blood- fat-abnormality rate in Wulian county were higher than those in China, but the rate of diabetes was lower than that in China. |
