首发精神分裂症患者家属心理压力和心理健康状况分析

目的：了解首发精神分裂症患者家属的心理压力和心理健康状况，探讨两者之间的关系。方法：采用中文版知觉心理压力量表（ClaSS）和症状自评量表（SCL-90）对100例住院精神分裂症患者家属（研究组）进行调查，并将结果与100例相匹配的正常健康人群（对照组）进行比较和分析。结果：研究组CPSS总分为（25．68±6．47）分，明显高于对照组的（19．76±5．16）分，差异具有统计学意义（t=7．15，P〈0．01）；研究组SCL-90总分为（152．57±39．33）分，明显高于对照组的（130．13±28．58）分，差异具有统计学意义（t=4．62，P〈0．01）；心理压力与心理健康存在高度正相关（r=0．301～0．339，P〈0．01）。结论：首发精神分裂症患者家属心理压力较大，存在不同程度的心理障碍，必须对其进行心理干预。

The analysis of psychological stress and mental health of the family member of patients with first- episode Schizophrenia

Objective： To understand the condition of psychological stress and mental health of the family member of patients with first - episode Schizophrenia, and to explore their relation. Methods： 100 family members of inpatients with schizophrenia （study group）were researched by CPSS and SCL -90, the result was compared with 100 health crowds（ control group） and analysed. Results：The score of CPSS in study group was （25.68 ± 6.47） points, it was higher than that in control group （ 19.76 ± 5.16 ） points ] （ t = 7.15, P 〈 0.01 ） ; The score of SCL - 90 in study group was （ 152.57 ± 39.33 ） points, it was higher than that in control group （ 130.13±28.58 ） points ] （ t = 4.62, P 〈 0.01 ） ; There was a high positive correlation of psycho- logical stress and mental health （r = 0. 301 -0. 339, P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion：The family member of patients with first- episode schizophrenia have larger psychological stress, and have different degrees of psychological barriers, they are had to receive psychological intervention.
