下肢深静脉血栓形成的药物治疗

目的通过对271例下肢深静脉血栓形成(DeepVenousThrombosis,DVT)病人的治疗和对其中8l例病人的随访,观察药物溶栓的近远期疗效特点。方法对1994年1月～2005年3月住院的271例(286侧)下肢DVT的诊治进行总结。结果全组病人药物溶栓治疗近期均取得比较满意的疗效。8l例获得随访(随访率29.9%),随访时间7～96个月,平均49个月。症状消失为19例(23.4%),肢体出现静脉曲张28例(34.6%),皮肤色素沉着24例(29.6%),溃疡9例(11.1%)。结论药物溶栓治疗DVT方法简便,疗效比较满意,创伤小。

Medical Treatment of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis

Objective To observe the early after therapeutic effects of thrombosis after the treatment of 271 patients with lower extremity deep venous thrombosis. Methods The diagnosis and treatment of 271 inpatients with lower extremity deep venous thrombosis from January 1994 to March 2005.Results All patients treatment with thrombosis Showed satisfying short-term effect 81 patients(29.9%)were followed up. The period of follow up ranged from 7months to 96 months,average 49 months,19 patients (23.4%)symptoms were disappeared the superficial varicoses in lower extreamly appeared in 28 patients(34.6%),derma pigmentation in lower extremity appeared in 24 patients(29.6%),ulcer 9 patients(11.1%).Conclusion DVT with thrombolysis is an easy and effective procedure with minor injury.
