| 摘 要： | 目的探讨哪种自动化分析仪可以代替传统手工计数法检测浆膜腔积液中白细胞的含量。方法对收集的126例浆膜腔积液标本，分别采用光学显微镜直接计数法、IQ-200全自动尿沉渣分析仪、KX-21血细胞分析仪和DiasaysR／s2003尿沉渣定量分析工作站进行白细胞计数并分析。结果采用IQ-200全自动尿沉渣分析仪和KX-21血细胞分析仪所测数据与显微镜人工计数结果相比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；采用Diasays R／S2003尿沉渣定量分析工作站所测数据与显微镜人工计数结果相比较，差异有统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论DiasaysR／S2003尿沉渣定量分析工作站可代替人工计数方法用于浆膜腔积液中的细胞检测，而IQ-200全自动尿沉渣分析仪和KX-21血细胞分析仪均不能完全代替。 |
