葡萄球菌可诱导性克林霉素耐药力分析

目的了解毓璜顶医院葡萄球菌诱导性克林霉素耐药情况。方法按美国临床实验室标准化委员会推荐的双纸片法(即D试验)对红霉素耐药克林霉素敏感的葡萄球菌进行可诱导性克林霉素耐药检测。结果金黄色葡萄球菌和凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌对红霉素及克林霉素同时耐药率为分别为70.3%和37.5%。D试验阳性占所测葡萄球菌的18%。在红霉素耐药而克林霉素敏感的金黄色葡萄球菌和CNS中,D试验阳性即对克林霉素具有诱导耐药性者分别占57%和46%。结论临床标本中分离出的葡萄球菌在进行常规药敏试验的同时,应开展D试验检测葡萄球菌中红霉素对克林霉素的诱导耐药,以帮助临床医生合理选择抗生素。

Analysis of the inducible clindamycin resistance of staphylococci

Objective To Investigate the resistance to clindamvcin of Staphylococci from Yuhuangding Hospital and detect the percentage of inducible clindamycin resistance.Methods inducible clindsmycin resistance was detected by double disk diffusion method(D-test)according to the standards of NCCLS. Results Corosistance to erythromycin and clindamycin accounted for 70.3% and 37.5%M Staphylococci and CNS.D-test positive rate was 18% among all Staphylococci tested.The rate of inducible resistance to clindamycin(D-test posltlve)was 57%and 46%in S aureus and CNS which possessed erythromycin resistant and clindamycin sensitive by individual disk diffusion test.Conclusions The inducible resistance Of erythromycin to clindamycin in Staphylococcishould be checked by D-test in clinical microbiology laboratory while bacterial susceptibility testing done in oder to help physicians to select antibiotic correctly.
