大剂量赤芍复方治疗淤胆型肝炎研究

目的：观察大剂量中药赤芍及其复方治疗淤胆型肝炎的疗效及其安全性。方法：将收治在本院感染科诊断为淤胆型肝炎的患者133例，随机分为治疗组与对照组。治疗组72例用大剂量中药赤芍（重用）复方辩证论治；对照组61例常规西医治疗。观察两组病人的肝功能变化情况及其不良反应。结果：治疗后γ—GT、TBIL、DBIL恢复正常、皮肤瘙痒等症状明显好转，总有效率83％（60／72），与对照组46％（28／61）相比差异有显著性（P〈0．01）。结论：大剂量赤芍复方治疗淤胆型肝炎是安全有效的。

Efficacy of Large-Dose Peony Rubra for Treatment of Cholestatic Hepatitis

Objective ：To investigate the efficacy and safety of large dose Peony Rubra for treatment of cholestatic hepatitis. Methods： 133 patients with cholestatic hepatitis treated in our Department were randomly divided into two groups. In the treatment group, 72 patients received therapy using large-dose Peony Rubra compounds, while the other 61 patients were on routine treatment alone. Liver function and side effects were observed in both groups. Results： As compared with the control group, more patients in the treatment group resumed normal levels of serum-y-GT,TBIL and DBIL, and experienced improvement in clinical symptoms （such as pruritus）. The overall rate of efficiency was 83% （60/72） in the treatmeut group vs 46% （28/61） in the control group （P 〈 0.01 ）. No severe adverse events during the treatment were noted in all patients. Conclusion： Large-dose Peony Rubra and its compounds can be safe and effective for treatment of cholestatic hepatitis.
