1134 例肿瘤患者感染分析

 目的　了解肿瘤科住院患者医院感染情况。方法　对 1 1 34例肿瘤科出院病历计算机建库归档资料 ,进行医院感染统计分析。结果　发生医院感染 1 6 5例 ,医院感染发病率为 1 4 .5 5 % ,死于感染的占感染人数 2 0 %。感染部位以呼吸道为首位 (4 8.48% ) ,其次为胃肠道 (1 8.79% )。白细胞总数低下者感染率明显高于白细胞正常者 (P<0 .0 0 5 )。痰培养检出菌株排列前三位的为铜绿假单胞菌、白色念珠菌和表皮葡萄球菌 ,且对抗生素有较高的耐药性。应用免疫增强剂的患者感染发生率明显低于未应用组 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论　肿瘤病人应用免疫治疗可降低医院感染发生率。

Analysis of Nosocomial Infection of 1134 Cancer Patients

Objective To investigate the nosocomial infection of cancer patients.Methods Review surveys were done with documents in computer of 1134 cases cancer patients and statistical analysis of nosocomial infection was done.Results 165 cases have nosolomial infection,the rate of from infection is 14.55% .Of 165cases,there are 20% patients died gastrointestinal is 18.79%.The infection rate in patients with leukopenia is significantly higher than that in patients with normal leukocyte count ( P <0.005) .The first three strain from sputum culture are Pseudomonas aeruginosa, candida albicans ,staphylococci epidermides ,and those bacteria have resistance to antibacteria.The infection rate in the patients used immunopotentiator is significantly lower than that in patients unused immunopotentiator (P<0.05) .Conclusion The rate of nosomialinfection can be decreased in the cancer patients with immunotherapy .
