| Abstract: | Recently there appear some measures of restraining corruption and degeneration in some provinces and
cities of our country--government procuring regulation. The government procuring regulation is an important measure for
saving economic resources, a basic method for controlling corruption and advocating honest, a effective means for macro adjusting and controlling and the essential way of market economy. The current situations of medical and medicine market in our country need government procuring regulation. |
