| 摘 要： | 本文对27例不能手术切除胃癌和同期103例可切除胃癌的胃镜下表现进行了对比分析,结果表明不能切除胃癌具有下述胃镜下特点:①病变范围超过1个解剖分区者多;③Borrmann 氏Ⅳ型多;③高位胃癌多;④病变直径大于5cm 者多;⑤肿瘤伴有深溃疡者多。
