中俄口腔医学本科教育的比较及分析

摘    要:为适应现代医学模式的转变及我国口腔卫生事业的需求,本文运用贝雷迪比较教育的方法,比较了中俄口腔医学本科教育的异同点。我国口腔医学本科的课程设置呈较明显的三段式分布,学生学习相对较为被动;实践课与理论课的比例低于俄罗斯高校。因此,我国口腔医学教育应继续优化课程的结构和分布,完善和推广以问题为基础的学习(problem-based learning,PBL)等新理念,推动我国口腔医学教育向更高层次发展。

Comparison and enlightenment of undergraduate education in stomatology between China and Russia

Abstract:For adapting to the change of modern medical model and suiting social demand of high quality dentists, this paper compares the differences of undergraduate education in stomatology between China and Russia by using the method of Bereday comparative education, trying to provide some reference for the reform of Chinese stomatology education. Curriculum arrangement in China is being constantly explored based on the Russian model. In China, courses are divided into basic medicine, clinical medicine and stomatology in three stages, making students relatively passive in learning. And the ratio of practice to lecture is far more higher in Russia than that in China. Thus, it''s necessary to optimize structure and balance the distribution of stomatological curriculum in China, improve and popularize learning models such as problem-based learning (PBL) and so on, so as to promote the development of stomatology education of China to a higher level.
