| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨蒙药鼻饲加灌肠治疗ICU患者胃肠功能障碍的临床疗效。方法:选取2017年2月~2019年2月在我院重症医学科就诊的胃肠功能障碍患者48例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(24例)和观察组(24例)。对照组进行西药灌肠治疗,观察组给予蒙药鼻饲加灌肠治疗,观察对比两组的临床疗效。结果:观察组临床疗效明显优于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:蒙药鼻饲加灌肠治疗ICU患者胃肠功能障碍临床效果显著,值得在临床上推广。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the function of traditional Mongolian medicine in the treatment of ICU gastrointestinal dysfunction patients with nasal feeding combined enema.Methods:We used traditional Mongolian medicine to treat 24 cases of ICU gastrointestinal dysfunction patients,and gave24 cases of ICU gastrointestinal dysfunction patients with pure western medicine treatment,then we compared the treatment effect of the two groups patients.Results:The effect of the two groups had significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of the traditional Mongolian medicine in the treatment of ICU gastrointestinal dysfunction is remarkable. |
