小梁切除术联合丝裂霉素—C治疗难治性青光眼

目的 把丝裂霉素－C（MMC）应用于难治性青光眼滤过手术，提高难治性青光眼的手术成功率。方法 采用随机方法，把难治性青光眼43眼，分为丝裂霉素－C组23眼，进行小梁切除术联合丝裂霉素－C治疗；对照组20眼，小梁切除术中不用丝裂霉素－C。结果 术后6mo,MMC组功能性滤过泡的比例为15／23（65．22％），对照组为7／20（35％）（P＜0．05）。术后6mo，MMC组完全成功率和条件成功率分别为73．91％和91．30％；对照组完全成功率和条件成功率分别为40％（P＜0．05）和555（P＜0．05）。结论 MMC应用于难治性青光眼滤过术，功能性滤过泡的比例和手术成功率均提高。

Trabeculectomy associated Mitomycin-C for the treatment of refractory glaucoma

Objective We try to apply Mitomyci n C(MMC) for the filtration operation of refractory glaucoma so that the success ful rate of the filtration operation of refractory glaucoma ca n be improved. Methods The 43 eyes of refractory glaucoma wer e randomly assigned into the MMC group 23eyes ,which were pe rformed Trabeculectomy associated Mitomycin C, and the control g roup 20 eyes, which were performed only trabeculectomy. R esults The 6 month after operation, the proportion of the functiona l filtration bleb of the MMC group was 15/23(65.22%), the con trol group was 7/20(35%)(P<0.05). The 6 mon th life table complet e and qualified success rate was 73.91% and 91.30% in the MMC group,40%(P<0.05) and 55%(P<0.05) in the control group, respecti vely. Conclusions When MMC was applied for the fi ltration oper ation of refractory glaucoma, the proportion of the functional filtration bleb and the operational successful rate both incre ased.
