摘    要:为了探讨肿瘤耐药相关鞘糖脂CMH在耐药肿瘤细胞免疫逃避中的作用,用柱层析的方法分离纯化了KBv200细胞的耐药相关中性鞘糖脂CMH,采用流式细胞仪技术检测CMH作用前后人树突状细胞(DC)B7抗原的表达。结果显示,CMH明显地抑制DC B7抗原的表达,说明肿瘤耐药相关鞘糖脂可能是通过对DC的影响而抑制机体的免疫反应。

Abstract:To investigate the role of tumor multidrug resistance (MDR) associated with CMH in the immunological evasion of MDR tumor cells, CMH was separated from neutral glycolipids of KBv 200by column chromatography, and the expression of B7 in DC was detected by flow cytometry. The results showed that the expression of B7 in DC was inhibited by CMH, it suggested the tumor MDR associated with glycolipids may inhibit human immune response by its effects on DC.
