| 摘 要： | 目的探讨床头抬高30°是否能降低脑出血患者合并医院获得性肺炎的发生率。方法 240例脑出血住院患者随机分成为床头抬高30°组和对照组,对照组未抬高床头。在防治原发病及并发症的基础上,比较两组患者的平均年龄、入院时昏迷人数、高血糖发生率及医院获得性肺炎的发生率。结果床头抬高30°组和对照组患者在平均年龄、入院时昏迷人数、高血糖发生率等方面差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。但床头抬高30°组患者发生医院获得性肺炎的比例为8.06%,对照组患者发生医院获得性肺炎的比例为13.9%,床头抬高30°组较对照组的医院获得性肺炎的发生率显著降低（P〈0.05）。结论床头抬高30°可降低脑出血患者合并医院获得性肺炎的发生率,在一定程度上可预防脑出血患者发生医院获得性肺炎。
