| 摘 要： | 目的观察紫菀水、醇提取液的急性毒性反应。方法选择昆明种小鼠为受试对象,采用急性经口毒性试验测定紫菀水、醇提取液的的LD50。结果紫菀水提液LD50为31.61g生药/kg,95%可信限为30.0433.26 g生药/kg。紫菀80%乙醇提取液的LD50为19.19g生药/kg,95%可信限为17.17-21.44g生药/kg。结论紫菀水、醇提取液的毒性较低,临床给药安全可靠。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the acute toxicity of water and alcohol extract of radix asteris. Methods Kunming mice were used to test the LD50 of water and alcohol extract of radix asteris. Results The LD50 of water extract of radix asteris was 31.61g/kg, 95% confidence interval was 30.04-33.26 g/kg. The LD50 of alcohol extract of radix asteris was 19.19g/kg, 95% confidence interval was 17.17-21.44g/kg. Conclusion The water and alcohol extract of radix asteris is safe for clinical administration. |
