复方三七止血药纸的质量控制研究

摘    要:
目的建立三七止血药纸的质量控制方法。方法采用薄层色谱法对处方中的三七、苦参等2味药材进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法对制剂中的三七的总皂苷进行了含量测定。结果用薄层色谱鉴别止血药纸中三七和苦参有效成分,专属性强,检出斑点清晰;用高效液相色谱法测定三七总皂苷,3种皂苷的线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),线性范围:人参皂苷Rg1为0.56μg,三七皂苷R1为0.1256μg,三七皂苷R1为0.1251.5μg,人参皂苷Rb1为0.751.5μg,人参皂苷Rb1为0.759μg。结论该方法准确,简便,可作为三七止血药纸的质量控制方法。

Abstract:
Objective To establish a quality control method for compound Sanqi hemostatic paper. Methods TLC method was used to identify Panax notoginseng and Sopbora tlavescens . HPLC method was used to determine the content of total saponins in the preparation formula. Results The characteristic identification by TLC was distinct and highly specific. The linear range of ginsenosides Rgl was 0.5-6μg, notoginsenoside R1 was 0.125-1.5 μg, and ginsenosides RbL was 0.75-9 μg. Conclusion This method was accurate and simple, and could be used as a quality control method for compound Sanqi hemostatic paper.
