手术治疗骨转移癌(附15例报告)

目的 :丰富骨转移癌手术治疗临床经验。方法 :1998年 5月～ 2 0 0 1年 8月共手术治疗骨转移癌患者 15例中 ,男性 10例、女性 5例 ,年龄 2 8～ 72岁 ,转移灶在股骨 10例、脊柱 2例、骨盆 2例、肱骨 1例 ,手术采取瘤段骨切除并人工假体置换 7例 ,骨水泥填充加内固定 8例。结果 :15例中 ,13例 (86 6 % )疼痛明显缓解或消失 ,11例 (76 6 % )生活质量明显改善 ;随访3个月～ 2年 ,术后 3个月死亡 1例、4～ 6个月死亡 5例、7～ 12个月死亡 4例、12～ 18个月死亡 3例 ,存活 2年以上 2例。结论 :骨转移癌手术治疗的目的是缓解疼痛、改善生存或生活质量 ,正确掌握手术适应证 ,手术方式恰当 ,可达到此目的 ,并可延长患者的生存时间

Surgical Treatment of metastatic carcinoma of bone (a report on 15 cases)

Objective:To report the clinical experience of surgical treatment of metastatic carcinoma of bone. Methods:From May 1998 to August 2001, 15 patients with metastatic carcinoma of bone were operated upon. There are 10 males and 5 females, age ranged from 28 to 72 years old. There are 10 metastatic focus lie on femur, 2 lie on spine, 2 lie on pelvis, 1 lie on humerus. Operated method is to resect metastatic focus lie on bone, 7 cases have been performed prosthetic replacement, 8 cases have been performed PMMA augmentation and interal fixed.Results:13 of 15 cases had relief of pain postoperatively. 11 cases had obviously improvement of quality in life. Following up from 3 months to 2 years, 1 patient lived for 3 months, 5 patients lived for 4 to 6 months, 4 patients lived for 7 to 12 months, 3 patients lived for 12 to 18 months, 2 patients lived for 2 years or more. Conclusion:The aims of operation are to relieve pain, to improve mobility and quality of life. Knowing well metastatic condition suit for operation, selecting suitable method, we can get expective results, and if possible, prolong survival.
