老年性消化性溃疡52例临床特点分析

目的探讨老年性消化性溃疡病(PUA)临床特点。方法回顾性分析2004年9月~2005年12月我院收治的52例老年性消化性溃疡病例(老年组),对照组为同期收治的66例中青年消化性溃疡患者(年龄18~40岁),对两组患者进行对比分析。结果两组患者在腹部疼痛(多为胀痛或隐痛不适)、节律性上腹痛、食欲减退、呕血、黑便等方面比较有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);在反酸嗳气、头晕乏力、胸闷心悸等方面比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组在溃疡类型、溃疡部位、溃疡面积、并发症、伴随其他疾病及治疗效果等方面比较均有统计学意义(P<0.01或0.05)。结论PUA在临床表现、发病部位、并发症及治疗效果等方面均有一定的特点。

CLINICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF 52 CASES OF SENILE PEPTIC ULCER

Objective To explore the clinical characteristics of senile peptic ulcer.Methods Retrospective analyses of 52 cases of senile peptic ulcer in the treatment group treated in our hospital from September,2004 to December,2005 were made in contrast to the 66 cases of juvenile and middle-aged patients(aged from 18 to 40) in the contrast group treated simultaneously in this hospital.Results Significant differences were found in abdominal pains(mostly swelling and vague pains),rhythmic epigastralgia,reduction of appetite,hematemesis and melena between the two groups(P<0.05 or P<0.01),but no significant differences were found in sour regurgitation,belching,dizziness,acratia,chest distress and cardioplamus between the two groups(P>0.05).There existed significant differences in the types,location,area,complications of ulcer and other diseases as well as the curative effects between the two groups(P<0.01 or 0.05).Conclusion Clinical manifestations,location and complications of peptic ulcer and the curative effects should be considered the diagnoses and treatments of senile peptic ulcer.
