摘    要:目的 通过总结客观结构化临床考试(OSCE)中学生出现的问题,分析其产生的原因,寻找解决问题的方法与途径.方法 应用OSCE出科考试观察和评价学生的综合表现.结果 学生OSCE出科考试总体水平不高.主要问题表现为规范性较差、临床思维尚未形成、人文关怀能力不强.结论 加强学生临床思维能力、临床实践能力和人文精神培养,必须着力做好医院护理临床带教教师的培训,改进带教方法,提高课堂教学质量,为培养学生的综合能力提供有利条件和环境.

Abstract:Objective To analyze the problems and reasons of clinical practice in nursing undergraduates by using objective structured clinical examination(OSCE),in order to find out a way to improve teaching effects. Methods OSCE was used to observe and evaluate comprehensive performance of 44 undergraduate nursing students in their departmental rotation examinations. Results The students’ overall level was not high in objective structured clinical examination,the main problems included weak standard consciousness,weak disposition for critical thinking the lack of humanistic care. Conclusions We should enhance the nursing students’ abilities of critical thinking and clinical practice,and cultivate their humane spirits by training the clinical teachers,improving teaching methods and quality.
