| 摘 要： | 目的探讨可提取核抗原(ENA)抗体谱的临床意义及其与体液免疫指标的关系。方法对70例自身免疫性疾病患者血清样本,采用欧蒙斑点法检测抗ENA抗体,采用散射比浊法检测免疫球蛋白和补体。结果抗ENA抗体在自身免疫性疾病中有较高的检出率,其中抗Sm、抗dsDNA在系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)的阳性率为34.0%和32.0%,与健康对照组和抗体阴性组比较,抗ENA抗体阳性血清中IgG、Ig M及IgA增高,分别为(21.4±14.8)、(1.8±0.9)、(2.58±0.34)g/L,而C3、C4水平下降,为(1.10±0.35)、(0.23±0.13)g/L。结论抗ENA抗体阳性者体液免疫应答增加。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical significance of anti-ENA autoantibody profiles and its relations with other immune markes. Methods Anti-ENA antoantibodies were tested with Western-blot. While immunoglobulins and complements were detected with scatter velocity turbidimetry. Results The high positive tale of anti-ENA antoantibody was directed. The positive rate of anti-SM and anti-dsDNA was 34. 0%, 32. 0% in SLE. The level of IgG,IGM and IgA was increased in anti ENA antibody positive sera,whieh were （21.4±14.8） ,（1.8±0.9）,（2.58 ±0.34）g/L ,while the level of C3 and C4 was decreased,which were 1. 10±0.35）, （0.23±0. 13）g/L respectively. Conclusion Humoral immune activation is demonstrated in the patiens with positive ENA autoantihody. |
