职业人群代谢综合征干预效果评价

目的:探讨代谢综合征的干预方法和措施,评价干预效果.方法:对2006年金坛市企事业单位健康体检人群中确定的代谢综合征患者230例,分饮食、运动、药物3组,进行为期3个月的干预治疗,比较干预前后的身高、体重、腰围、血压、血脂、血糖、肝功能、尿酸等生理生化指标.结果:各组干预3个月后体质指数、空腹血糖、甘油三酯、总胆固醇等指标均有所好转(P＜0.05).不同干预组之间,体质指数、腰围、高密度脂蛋白和总胆固醇的变化差值有显著性差异(P＜0.05),药物干预组体质指数、腰围改变明显,饮食干预组高密度脂蛋白改变明显,运动干预组总胆固醇改变明显.结论:饮食、运动和药物3种干预均能有效地减轻代谢综合征患者危险因素的影响程度.

Evaluation of interventional effects on metabolic syndrome among vocational group

Objective: To investigate the interventional ways and measures which indicate for metabolic syndrome and to make an assessment of the interventional effects.Methods: Among all groups who were from different enterprises and public service departments,participated physical examination in Jintan during 2006.Two hundred and thirty people were diagnosed of metabolic syndrome,which divided into 3 groups that conducting the interventional measures by moderating calorie restriction,increasing physical activity and drugs therapy separately for 3 months.Many indicators such as body weight,waist circumference,blood pressure,lipid,blood glucose,liver function and uric acid were measured before and after the interventions.Results: After the intervention for 3 months,all indicators that body mass index,fasting blood glucose,triglycerides and total cholesterol were improved in 3 groups(P<0.05).Inter each group,the alteration of body mass index,waist circumference,HDL and total cholesterol has shown different significantly (P<0.05).For instance,drug therapy took effect on altering body mass index and waist circumference,good effect was shown on increasing levels of HDL by restricting calorie absorbing,and physical therapy took effect on decreasing levels of cholesterol.Conclusion: The interventions by moderating calorie restriction,increasing physical activity and drugs therapy can decrease the risk of each component of metabolic syndrome effectively.
