摘    要:目的:总结阿魏在化学成分、药理作用、毒理方面的研究进展,为阿魏合理开发提供参考。方法:查阅近些年有关阿魏在化学成分、药理作用、毒性等方面的文献、书籍,并对其进行汇总、分析、综述。结果:目前为止,已发现的化学成分主要有挥发油、香豆素和苯丙素类成分。药理研究表明,阿魏具有抗炎、抗过敏、抑制胃肠蠕动、抗氧化和杀菌等作用。结论:从文献来看,阿魏的研究主要在抗炎、抗氧化和胃肠道作用等方面,对其抗肿瘤作用药理研究较少,只有少数阿魏制剂在临床上用于抗肿瘤,建议加强阿魏抗肿瘤研究,以探讨其"消积"作用及其机制,为从现代药理学角度阐明阿魏功效奠定基础。

Abstract:Objective: To summarize the research progress on chemical components, pharmacological actions and toxicity of Ferula assafoetid , and provide useful references for the further research. Method : Literatures about F. assafoetid in plenty of journals and books were referred to, and the progress of the chemical components, pharmacological actions and toxicity were summarized. Result: Up to now, the chemical components isolated from F. assafoetid include mainly essential oil, coumarin, and phenylpropanoids. Pharmacological references show that it has anti-inflammation, anti-oxidation, inhibition of gastrointestinal motility and disinfection effect. Conclusion: The pharmacological research mainly focus on its antiinflammation, anti-oxidation and gastrointestinal effects, but very few researches focus on its anti-tumor effect, we should carry out further studies on mechanism-based anti-tumor activity, so that we may understand the effect and its pharmacological mechanism of "removing retention and stagnation", and establish groundwork for illuminating the effectiveness of F. assafoetid.
