摘    要:摘 要:目的:筛选出大血藤酚酸类化学成分的最佳提取工艺。方法:首先建立HPLC法测定大血藤中没食子酸、原儿茶酸、绿原酸方法,采用正交试验设计,以提取时间,乙醇浓度,溶媒用量,提取次数为因素考察大血藤回流提取方法,以没食子酸、原儿茶酸、绿原酸为评价指标,确定最佳提取条件。结果:用甲醇浓度80%,溶媒用量为10倍,提取时间30min,提取次数3次。结论:采用多指标综合评价法能够优化大血藤酚酸类化学成分工艺条件的提取工艺,为大血藤总酚酸类分离纯化研究提供参考。

Abstract:Abstract: Objective: To screen out cuneata chemical composition of phenolic acids in the best extraction. Methods: The first established HPLC method of the determination cuneata gallic acid, protocatechuic acid, chlorogenic acid method for Sargentodoxa cuneata, using the orthogonal experimental design to study extracting the time, ethanol concentration, solid and liquid ratio, extraction times effect extraction method, gallic acid, protocatechuic acid, chlorogenic acid as the evaluation index, to determine the best extraction technology.Results:80% methanol concentration, solid and liquid ratio of 10, the extraction time for 30min, 3 times the number of extraction results best. Conclusion: A multi-index evaluation method to optimize Sargentodoxa cuneata chemical composition of phenolic acids extraction process conditions for Sargentodoxa cuneata separation and purification of total phenolic acids provide a reference.
