半夏的电化学指纹图谱研究

摘    要:目的:建立半夏的电化学指纹图谱。方法:采用H+-Mn2+-CH3COCH3-BrO3-为振荡体系,以中草药为反应底物,应用电化学工作站记录化学振荡体系中的电位(E)随时间(t)的变化,获得中药电化学指纹图谱。结果:半夏与水半夏的电化学指纹图谱各具特色,差异明显。结论:可以利用此方法鉴别半夏,该方法经济、简便、易行。

Abstract:Objective: To establish the electrochemistry fingerprint of Rhizoma Pinelliae. Method: H+-Mn2+-CH3COCH3-BrO-3chemical oscillation system was used with Chinese herbal medicine as reaction substrate to get the electrochemistry fingerprint of Chinese herbal medicine by recording the electrochemical potential of oscillation system over time using electrochemical workstation. Result: Rhizoma Pinelliae and Rhizoma Typhonii had different characteristics and the difference was significant. Conclusion: The method is simple and convenient and can be used to distinguish Rhizoma Pinelliae.
