腭裂修复术对腭裂患者中耳状况及听力的影响

目的 了解腭裂修复术对腭裂患者中耳状况及听力状况的影响。方法 分析23例腭裂患者术前、术后(平均复诊时间8．6个月)声阻抗检查结果及纯音听阈变化情况。结果 腭裂修复术后渗出性中耳炎患病率及平均听闻值均有所下降，但无显著性差异，而耳声反射阳性率有明显提高。结论 腭裂修复术后短时间内，咽鼓管功能及听力恢复表现的不明显，声反射是反映中耳状况较为敏感的指标，可作为腭裂总者术前、术后渗出性中耳性监到的重要指标之一。

Effect of palatoplasty on the middle ear status and hearing level in cleft palate patients

Objective To analyze the effect of cleft palate repair on the middle ear status and hearing level which is one of the most important factors influencing the speech outcome postoperation in cleft palate patients. Methods The data of audiometry, tympanometry and acoustic reflex examination in 23 patients(46 ears) with cleft palates were recorded and compared with that acquired in the follow - up ranging from 0. 5 to 18 months after the palatal closure. Results There is no significant difference in the incidences of Otitis media with effusion(OME) and hearing loss diagnosed by audiometry, and tympanometry pre and post palatoplasty. But a significantly higher positive rate(52.2%) of acoustic reflex test was found after cleft palate surgery than that(28.6% ) before the surgery. Conclusion The status of middle ear had improved after the palate closure and the acoustic reflex test is a more sensitive method to reflect the middle ear status than audiometry and tympanometry.
