| 摘 要： | 目的探讨小剂量芬太尼伍用布比卡因硬膜外麻醉对分娩结局的影响。方法采用芬太尼/布比卡因混合液对182例产妇实施硬膜外麻醉作分娩镇痛,与条件相当的196例未接受麻醉剂的产妇对照,比较两组产妇产痛程度、产程、分娩方式、胎儿及新生儿情况。结果两组的产程、剖宫产率、器械助产率、胎儿及新生儿情况均无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论小剂量芬太尼伍用布比卡因硬外麻醉作分娩镇痛是安全有效的。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the infuences of epidural anesthesia with low dose of fentanyl combined with bupicaine on the outcomes of labor.Methods 182 partuients received epidural anesthesia with mixture of fentanyl and bupicaine as a labor analgesia(study group),and 196 partuients who had similar conditions and didn't receive any anesthetics were as control group.The severity of labor pain,duration of labor,delivery mode,fetal and neonatal statuses in the two groups were compared.Results In duration of labor,cesarean rate,rate of instrument-assisted labor and fetal and neonatal statuses,there were no significant differences between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The epidural anesthesia with low dose of fentanyl combined with bupicaine is safe and effective. |
