| 摘 要： | 目的对广州丰华公司泰莱（TALENT-Ⅱ型）时间分辨荧光免疫分析仪定量实验方法及其主要性能指标进行评价。方法通过测定人血清中的甲胎蛋白（hAFP）、人绒毛膜促性腺激素（HCG）含量，应用美国临床实验室标准化委员会（NCCLS）文件及《临床实验室质量管理文件汇编》文件对TALENT-Ⅱ分析仪的偏差和不精密度进行评价。结果该系统与罗氏2010电化学发光检测系统的相关系数r〉0．99；hAFP和HCG高、中、低浓度的绝对偏差均在相应的允许偏差范围内；hAFP和HCG高、中浓度的总不精密度均小于10％。结论TALENT-Ⅱ型时间分辨荧光免疫分析系统与罗氏2010电化学发光检测系统有较好的相关性，同时具有较好的稳定性。

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo analyze the value of time-resolved florescence immunoassay applying TALENT-II analyzer and correlative parameters.MethodsTALENT-II analyzer was used to detect human serum AFP and HCG, and then its deviation and imprecision were evaluated by applying NCCLS file EP10-72.ResultsThe correlative coefficient between the system and Roche2010 electrochemiluminescence detection system was above 0.99. The absolute deviation of high, middle, low concentrations of hAFP and HCG was in the range of admissible deviation The total imprecision of high, middle concentrations of hAFP and HCG was below 10%.ConclusionThere is a strong correlation between TALENT-II system and Roche2010 electrochemiluminescence detection system. Meanwhile, TALENT-II system has a fine stability. |
