摘    要:目的:探讨超声引导下经皮穿刺活检侧面肾皮质诊断弥漫性肾病的临床价值。方法:应用自动活检枪,对19例临床拟诊肾脏慢性病变的患者进行肾脏穿刺活检,穿刺目标为肾脏中部侧面皮质。结果:6例患者穿刺左肾外侧皮质,13例患者穿刺右肾外侧皮质。所有患者经穿刺后均获得满意取材,总成功率为100%。19例患者除一过性镜下血尿及轻微腰痛,未见明显并发症出现。结论:该穿刺路径操作简便,患者容易控制呼吸,成功率高,并发症少,可作为安全穿刺路径应用于临床。

Abstract:Objective:To determine the clinical value of ultrasound-guided renal biopsy through lateral parenchyma puncture path.Methods:Ninteen patients with chronic nephropathy underwent renal automatic spring biopsy,aiming at the median lateral parenchyma.Results:Six patients underwent renal biopsy through left lateral cortex,other thirteen cases underwent right renal biopsy.All biopsies were successfully performed in 19 patients.No severe complications occurred except transitory microscopic hematuria and mildly flank pain.Conclusion: Ultrasound-guided renal biopsy through lateral cortex puncture path can be applied in clinic,because this method is not only easy to practise,but also has higher successful puncture rate with low occurrance of complications,and the patients controlle breath easily.
