| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨YAG激光烧灼筛前神经治疗常年性鼻炎的疗效。方法 :常年性变应性鼻炎 5 8例 ,表面麻醉鼻黏膜 ,激光光纤末端分别烧灼鼻内筛前神经外侧支及内侧支区黏膜。结果 :1月内症状均消失 ,有效率 10 0 %。 1年后显效 4 1例 ,占 70 .6 % ;改善 10例 ,占 17.2 % ;无效 7例 ,占 12 .1% ,无并发症发生。结论 :YAG激光烧灼筛前神经操作简便 ,效果良好。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the effect of YAG laser in treating allergic perennial rhinitis. Method: 58 cases with allergic perennial rhinitis were performed surface anesthesia of nasomucosa, and cauterized the nasomucosa of the lateral branch and medial branch region. Result:All the symptoms disappeared in one month, the effect rate was 100%.Followed up for one year, 41 cases(70.6%) had effect,10 cases(17.2%) had improvement, 7 cases(12.1%) had no effect. No one had complications.Conclusion: YAG laser is effect in treating allergic perennial rhinitis. |
