| 摘 要： | 目的探讨骨桥蛋白（osteopontin,OPN）在子宫内膜样腺癌组织中的表达及与子宫内膜样腺癌临床病理特征和患者预后之间的关系。方法采用免疫组化方法检测OPN在46例子宫内膜样腺癌组织、16例正常子宫内膜组织中的表达。结果 OPN在子宫内膜样腺癌组织中的表达明显高于正常子宫内膜;OPN在低分化组织中的表达明显高于中分化组织。OPN阳性组的累积生存率明显低于阴性组,多因素分析显示OPN阳性表达是影响子宫内膜样腺癌患者生存时间的独立因素。结论 OPN与子宫内膜样腺癌的发生和预后密切相关,OPN可作为判断子宫内膜样腺癌患者预后的指标之一。
