| Abstract: | In this paper, we analyzed 28 cases of gerontal chronic subdual hematoma which had been misdiagnosed. We found that their main clinical manifestaions were intelligential decrease, and mild orientation sign, so it was helpful to make history - taking and nervous system examination in detail. |
